Added a tutorial on handeye calibration using ROS2 which links to the repository on our capstone project organization page

I've reviewed this PR and applied the following fixes to bring it in line with the project's standards:

  • Added required front matter and converted links to absolute paths in wiki/sensing/handeye-calibration.md.
  • Removed placeholder template instructions from the article.
  • Registered the new article in _data/navigation.yml for the sidebar.
  • Added a summary for the article to the Sensing index page (wiki/sensing/index.md).
